Run Screen Saver as Desktop Vista

There is a nifty feature in Windows Vista that will let you change your desktop to content that is more dynamic. The desktop since windows 3.1 has been a place to put a picture, make a theme; you could even create a slide show. There is away in Vista to run a screensaver as your desktop background. We like this as it almost runs on two levels. A regular screen saver runs until you touch the screen then it goes away. Using this feature, it will hide the desktop icons, but leave your windows and taskbar fully functional.

We have only tested with the provided screen savers that are attractive this includes:
ribbons.scr, aurora.scr, mystify.scr, sstext3d.scr.

The following command should work with any .scr file you may have or uploaded to your machine. If it does not work at the ned we have provided the steps for stopping this function after you have enacted it

The operation is simple open a command prompt.
Type the following command:

aurora.scr /p65552
Press Enter
Exit form the command prompt window.

If you do not like the effect or want to stop it at any time you simply need to open the Task Manager, select the screensaver file, and click the End Process button.
